Vision

Kurdistan, the land of an ancient people, is perhaps among a few nations in the world that does not have a national academy. Therefore it was perceived to be a major focus of Kurdistan scientists to establish such an academy to provide scientific research and promote public awareness about national needs.

Kurdistan Academy of Science (KAS) is a non-profit, non-partisan and non-political organization established by Kurdistan academics and scientists to develop and promote science through the following activities:


We invite academicians worldwide to join KAS to support our people with knowledge, skill and science to provide our citizens a better life condition and to improve our culture.
